The UK-SDA is a company limited by the £1-guarantees of its full-members, each of whom exercises one management vote. The day-to-day administration of the Association is sub-contracted, and controlled by elected Directors who meet monthly.
The Directors, in turn, are accountable to the full membership, meeting monthly to review and agree plans. Membership of the Association is categorised, and open to any individual , business or organisation that meet the requirements of its Bye-Laws (availiable below).
